Prepare mentally to grasp depth of spirituality and understanding. Not so much that the knowledge is hard to comprehend. However, much like lacking the ability to actually hear the lyrics of a song because of the tempo and depth of the music, we may lose the meaning of words as we would lose the tree in a forest. If you have not notice, I don’t spend much time trying to argue the truth of the gospel. The meaning is simple, and the message is pure. One may have already made up their minds to believe or not believe what I consider (within my opinion) to be true. Similar to this line of thinking the heart behind the philosophy od the Force of Nature does not spend much time explaining the existence or spiritual craftiness of the devil. Nevertheless, Satan is real. And just as much as you cannot try to lose weight seriously if you don’t acknowledge a proper diet and/or course of physical exercise. You really will not grow spiritually if you remain ignorant of Satan. Jesus has already defeated the schemes, stronghold of the devil on humanity. We simply need to submit our will to Jesus’ teachings, testimony, and evidence of His resurrection. The concept I have for the philosophy of The Force of Nature is to sweeten the fruits of the Spirit and enrichen the soil of the hearts as well as build deeper roots within our spiritual walk of salvation. There is some information of spiritual darkness and the will of evil which I will explain to gain a greater depth of knowledge. Consider the environment and scene whereby Jesus battles Satan for the conquest of His Kingdom.
“At that time Jesus came from Nazareth in Galilee and was baptized by John in the Jordan. Just as Jesus was coming up out of the water, he saw heaven being torn open and the Spirit descending on him like a dove. And a voice came from heaven,’ You are my Son, whom I love; with you I am well pleased.’ At once the Spirit sent him out into the wilderness, and he was in the wilderness forty days, being tempted by Satan. He was with the wild animals, and angels attended him.” – Mark 1: 9-13
Time was scarce in Jesus’ intercession with the Devil. Yes, they connected within the heart of all eternity. Nevertheless, the actual moment of confrontation was considerately short in comparison to Jesus’ life here on Earth. This brings my thought to the first principle of spiritual morality, yet it is the only one which engulfs all aspect towards humanity… time. How time is illustrated for the lifespan of a human is as a detailed work of art (like flowers, snowflakes, seashells, stars) in the vast, of creation (sky, space, seasons, ocean, and daylight)
(SPIRITUAL REFLECTION: “Mortals, born of woman, are of few days and full of trouble. They spring up like flowers and wither away; like fleeting shadows, they do not endure”- Job 14: 1 & 2
“But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day.”- II Peter 3:8)
Satan can enter to tempt humans in three ways, although he may not be limit to just these three methods. But for the purpose of our understanding to obtain spiritual growth, I will focus on three which I’ve notice illustrated in Jesus’ 40 days & 40 nights of temptation.
“Then Jesus was led by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil. After fasting forty days and forty nights, he was hungry. The tempter came to him and said, ‘If you are the Son of God, tell these stones to become bread.” Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.’ Then the devil took him to the holy city and had him stand on the highest point of the temple. ‘If you are the Son of God,” he said, ‘throw yourself down. For it is written: ‘He will command his angels concerning you, and they will lift up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone’ Jesus answered him, ‘It is also written: ‘Do not put the Lord your God to the test.’’ Again, the devil took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their splendor, ‘All this I will give you”, he said, “If you will bow down and worship me.’ Jesus said to him, “Away from me, Satan! For it is written, ‘Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only. ‘Then the devil left him, and angels came and attended him.”- Mathew 4:1-11
Satan can enter our minds as we see Jesus’ hunger of food for His stomach force Him to base his thoughts to focus to the rocks on the ground. We do not know why the scares nutrition of food was Jesus, fuel for spiritual strength, but we do see that Jesus knew something to be true at that moment within His life; He should not be eating. Satan can also affect us physically here on Earth. We know of mental illness, physical sickness, and disease which we see humans suffer on Earth. These things did not originate from God. We also notice Satan enhancing Jesus’ eyes upon pride to gain approval of authority. Satan offered Jesus all the splendor of the nations by simply bowing down to worship him. This physical temptation I want to point out link to other wickedness (much as weeds working on the lives of other plants in the garden) The third form Satan use to attack humans for their souls is where I want to focus much of our attention for the next few articles and lessons I write on this platform. Satan will try to enter our hearts and leave seeds of dark emotions. When Satan told Jesus to give up believing His own name and jump off the mountain to prove it, this attack Jesus’ spirit. He knew angels were His allegiance, however, He also understood that to test God for more grace was not good. Emotionally Jesus suffered a deep a pain of sadness. Something that would be within Him as long as He walked upon this Earth. It would remain deep within His spirit until it finally erupted and fulfilled itself in nature of growth at His death. Jesus dealt with depression. I believe this for it read that He was tempted by all measures use upon human within the scriptures. In fact, depression is a very common characteristic within modern Christians’ lifestyle; plus, throughout history within godly walking and godly fearing humans. Consider the prophet Jeremiah and the mighty faithful man of God, Job. Job saw his days of sadness. Depression was definitely not far from him. And Jeremiah wrote the songs of Lamentations, the Book in the Bible which illustrate the tears of Israel as a nation. Where the dark days fits within the matrix of time through history & reveals a new generation then reflects a constant non changing line of communication throughout civilization. There is a central message within humanity; thus, lamenting.
I want to let this thought lead you as a reader to my original principle of time. I’ve written the concept that the philosophy of one belief system leads them into knowledge which then grows through synergy of likeminded believers who share the same belief system. The best illustration of this process which I see is a seed descending from a tree and after it dies merges within the soil becomes the development of another tree and then to a forest. We have information which is communicated to grow into knowledge then through synergy the rate of growth increases as like technology, and it then forms a new birth within its proper season and new knowledge comes. It’s through this process the pathway of faith is formed. The information I had within my childhood was process at a greater rate than the information my parents were processing during their childhood. My son is growing within a generation today which has information at a much greater rate than I had while I grew up.
As we look through history, we see the growth of communication. We notice telecommunication developing within the dawning of the 20th century. Society used S.O.S. codes on radars and talked on walkie-talkies. Telephone communication was formed in the late 1800’s This moved through generations of transportation of trains, cars, and planes. Information became available on a television. Today we find information on computers and the internet and business practice operates through Zoom meetings and/or a Team platform. People travel today at the birth of the 21st century with GPS’s. When the Titanic sank, news awakens the force within society to utilize its resources. The administration of the ship sent out a destress signal, however, the closes source to receive the signal was over 4 hours away. By the time helped arrived at the scene the ship had already sunk. People begin to realize that the telecommunication information which at the time only the military were using should be implemented among the community and among common citizens. Whereby more people could have been available and aware of the immediate danger and been able to create the proper channels to save the ship.
This is as the growth of faith. When we see dark days within our lives our eyes should hold focus on the dawn coming upon the horizon. The danger of looking in the past with uncertainty or fear can cloud our vision of the presence tense. The Christian eyes should be focus upon the goals of the promise future. What we gain in the past has no value to the course Christ has for our lives tomorrow. One should not be dismay by the suffering he/she may witness as life lessons teaches one to persevere. In the scriptures, Paul a man of rich credentials, social status, religious & political knowledge shows his heart for God after Christ blinded him with light then called him to spread the gospel to the Gentiles. As Saints we are to pass the banner salvation from one generation to another. Time reveals its purpose to those who awaits patiently for God to faithfully fulfill its course according to His Will.
