SEASON OF RESSURECTION; SPRINGTIME ESTABLISHMENT

What is the resurrection for? “At this they covered their ears and, yelling at the top of their voices, they all rushed at him, dragged him out of the city and began to stone him. Meanwhile, the witnesses laid their coats at the feet of a young man named Saul.

While they were stoning him, Stephen prayed,’ Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.’ Then he fell on his knees and cried out, ‘Lord, do not hold this sin against them.’ When he said that, he fell asleep.

Acts 7: 57-60  NIV

And this happened after the crucifixion, resurrection and ascension. Today is over 2000 years later; what will it finally take? How can we as a species or a race deny the central purpose of Jesus Christ’s life here on this Earth? “When the people heard this, they were cut to the heart and said to Peter and the other apostles, ‘Brothers, what shall we do?’ Peter replied, ‘Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Chris for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
Acts 2: 37,38  NIV

Should this not be the natural response to any human being? Where does the cross touch us? Are we able to justify the act of religious leaders during the era of Jesus Christ life here on this Earth? Keep searching through the words of these articles. There will be depth study of why religious leader felt justified or guiltless towards the act of rebelliousness to the Son of the Living God.
