JESUS CRIES TOO...

JESUS CRIES TOO…

“’Be quiet’, Jesus said sternly. ‘Come out of him!’ Then the demon threw the man down before them all and come out without injuring him.
All the people were amazed and said to each other, ‘What words these are! With authority and power he gives orders to impure spirits and they come out!’ And the news about him spread throughout the surrounding area,
Jesus left the synagogue and went to the home of Simon. Now Simon’s mother-n-law was suffering high fever, and they asked Jesus to help her. So he bent over her and rebuked the fever and it left her. She got up at once and began to wait on them.
At sunset, the people brought to Jesus all who had various kinds of sickness and laying his hands on each, he healed them. Moreover, demons came out of many people, shouting, ‘You are the sone of God!’ But he rebuked them and would not allow them to speak, because they knew he was the Mesiah.” – Luke 4: 35-41
Yes, Jesus cares…let’s make this statement clearer, “Or course, Jesus cares!” Not only does He care, but He fills in the fibers within the boundaries of humanity among an all-loving, all-knowing & all-powerful God. Yet, the question remains, “Why do we live in a world with much pain and suffering?”, when our creator is an all-loving, all- knowing, and all- powerful? This question is not a concept of a “new wave” of philosophical insight. It is not something which breaks trends in today’s modern generation. We are dealing with the same God of yesterday, presence tense, and future unchanging. The sun radiates the same reality upon our era of time as any other chronometry of humanity. This is a noteworthy point to take into consideration. The matrix at first establishes a God of compassion, & grace who cares deeply about our trauma and suffering.
“Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and sickness. When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. Then he said to his disciples. ‘The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest therefore to send out workers into his harvest field
. – Mathew 9: 35- 38
Jesus had thoughts and a focus, mentality about how he felt about society. He cared about them.
“When Jesus heard what had happened, he withdrew by boat privately to a solitary place. Hearing of this, the crowd followed him on foot from the towns. When Jesus landed and a large crowd, he had compassion on them and healed their sick. – Mathew 14: 13 & 1 on4
Jesus was not blind to the suffering He witness within His own environment.
“As Jesus and his disciples were leaving, Jericho, a large crowd followed him. Two blind men were sitting by the roadside, and when they heard that Jesus was going by, they shouted, ‘Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!’
Jesus stopped and called them. ‘What do you want me to do for you?’ he asked.
‘Lord’, they answered, ‘we want our sight.’ Jesus had compassion on them and touched their eyes. Immediately they received their sight and followed him” – Mathew 20: 29- 34

Jesus eyes were open to see what was immediately in front of Him. I know people may feel they have this concept understood, Yes, one may think to themselves, I know Jesus cares… but… I want you to focus on the vocabulary used in this particular scripture:
“A man with leprosy came to him and begged him on his knees. ‘If you are willing, you can make me clean.’
Jesus was indignant. He reached out his hand and touched the man. ‘I am willing.’ He said, ‘Be clean!’ Immediately the leprosy left him and he was clean.” – Mark 1” 40 & 41
In the NIV version of the Bible, the words read, Jesus was “indignant”; thus, he was moved in a repulsive manner which emotionally affected His chemistry.
Now let’s put this moral in our mindset based on one of the most famous scripture passages within the Bible:
“’Lord.’ Martha said to Jesus, ‘if you had been here, my brother would not have died. But I know that even now God will give you whatever you ask.’
Jesus said to her, ‘I am the resurrection and the life, The one who believes in me will live, even though they die, and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?’
‘Yes, Lord’ she replied, ‘I believe that you are the Messiah, the Son of God, who come into the world.’
After she had said this, she went back and called her sister Mary aside. ‘The Teacher is here.’ She said, ‘and is asking for you,’ When Mary heard this, she got up quickly and went to him Now Jesus had not yet entered the village, but was still at the place where Martha had met him. When the Jews who had been with Mary in the house, comforting her, noticed how quickly she got up and went out, they followed her supposing she was going to tomb to mourn there.
When Mary reached the place where Jesus was and saw him, she fell at his feet and said. ‘Lord, if you had been here, my brother would not have died.’.
When Jesus saw her weeping, and the Jews who had come along with here also weeping he was deeply moved in spirit and troubled.
‘Where have you laid him?’ he asked
‘Come and see, Lord’, they replied
Jesus wept.
Then the Jews said, ’See how he loved them him!’” – John 11:21- 36
I cut through the story midstream. My focus in this article is not the miracle of the resurrection of Lazarus, however, the focus is Jesus’ heart. Whereby even though He knew that He was about to raise Lazarus from the dead and He was fully aware of the outcome of the situation. He still had room within His heart to pause and consider the pain and suffering Martha & Mary were going through within their present moment… and cried. Yes, Jesus cries too.
This reasoning within humanity is often overlooked or even missed when the times of trials and tribulations and calamity is existing. C.S. Lewis was quoted saying, “God whispers to us in our pleasures, but He shouts to us in our pain.” C.S. Lewis noticed this significance within spirituality. The moral of this fate is a radiating force within Christianity doctrine. When we align our thinking towards Jesus´ teaching we align we align our love with the currency of fate. Jesus says in the scriptures’
¨Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.¨ - Mathew 11 28’30
Why is Jeus yolk lite? Because, as the parable of poem ‘Footprints in the Sand’, reveals that Jesus carried us through our darkest moments. Lyrics to a church hymn makes this concept very clear-
And Jesus said, Come to the water stand by my side
I know you are thirsty. You won’t be denied.
I felt every tear drop when in darkness you cried.
And I strove to remind you that for those tears I died,

PEACE WHERE THERE IS NO PEACE

PEACE WHERE THERE IS NO PEACE

I have a confession to make to all who are witnesses. I am biased on my worldviews. I read the times and judge humanity from a Biblical perspective. I am not “a judge” or “thee judge” who has the power to condemn, or save, or restore. I cannot establish the boundaries of truth, and I am subject to live & submit into the same measurements of reality and every average human being. Nevertheless, my opinions weigh on biblical reasoning of morality. Salvation is an individual issue. I do not have the right to create or destroy the fate and/or outcome of any fellow heir, neighbor, friend, loved one, family or even stranger or enemy. I cannot raise a human being to understand and embrace salvation on the simple level of creation or human existence. I don’t create doctrine for theology to govern our thoughts. However, I live a lifestyle based on Christianity doctrine & theology whereby I am opinionated based on this belief system. These are the standards which I govern within my home.
What does the word bias mean? A bias is a preference for or against something. This can be made consciously or unconsciously. The important aspect of this confession is everybody has unconscious bias. Conscious bias or “explicit” bias causes one to make a decision leaning in a particular way, thus; “I will preach to people who are incarcerated or homeless because they are more likely to be hungry for the Word”. Unconscious bias or “implicit” bias causes one to develop an attitude or belief system which reflects within their behavior, thus; “This neighborhood (based on the exterior scenery such as landscape, type of cars in the driveways & habitat appearance) tends to have a certain type of residences who are within a specific social class”. A political believe system based around a bias concept is to say, “when you don’t have a middle class you have a third world country!”
The point to this moral is honestly all humans are biased at the very least unconsciously biased. We all have our demographic, social background, family origin and personal story to contribute to this pool of appearance and environmental reality. Microaggression is a term used to address when one may attest or say something crude to another human being either directly or purposefully because of an implicit manner of thinking. The scriptures read:
“Make every effort to live in peace with everyone and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord.” – Hebrews 12:14
I make this confession not to sound noble. I am human; both good and evil I possess within myself. I am not all holy to cast perfect judgement. Nevertheless, I do feel respectfully that I hold knowledge that would be noteworthy to share… therefore I write.
Where is peace between nature and society? May we cultivate why Mother Earth gave us land to build our lives upon. May I be a good feature within the soil of humanity to help this creation grow.

NAMELESS

NAMELESS

The man who observes the death of Jesus Christ during His lifetime. He watched the crowd roar and become enticed and horrified to see such a sight; much as a mob rush upon the respectable White House. The wind changes the course of history. He sees the women crying and screaming at the same time. It’s early in the morning; twilight hour of the day…why are the children still awake? Should such young eyes witness such a horrific event?  Would this cause them to embrace their own innocence? He watches the man who God called His son, who human praised, and shout out to, “Hosanna, Hosanna! Our Messiah we can see you’re the chosen one!” He witnesses this man’s physical death.
Nameless, were the women who beseech children as brides of the sons who were the fathers of the earlier generation; thus, these are the tribes of Israel. Women who sung the song of the lullabies; women who nursed the warriors with their breast milk, washed the garments of the youth, plus, were the labor force before the unions were formed. They fed the masses food from kitchens with wood & fire, married the marinade of taste, smell and atmosphere of cuisine and culture.
Nameless are the children we see in school before graduation and their established career of poverty and poor. Every homeless person has a childhood. Every violent assassin has a story; something which brought them passion in their life; as the wind moves among the trees, given knowledge to humans, their calling in life. Whom are we meant to be- a fireman, a race car driver, a fisherman, a fashion designer… who else walks their path of destiny and dance to the music within their fate? Every child has a dream. Every poor, homeless person of poverty has a goal; to one day walk in a room which they may call home. Nameless are the tombstones- soldiers, veterans- why a Memorial Day, why a Veteran Day, why was there a 9/11? Who guarded the elevator in the Twin Towers on that day? We see the travelers. We see the businesspeople. We give memories to the soldiers, the pirates and the barbarians, humans who laid their life down as prey; laugh loudly, drunken by the smoke of fire which they breath in as it smelled like body stench. These people are our ancestors, Our great, great, great, great, great, Great-grandmas & Great- granddads.
Oh how, we celebrate together on Christmas morning… oh how the children sing and dance as they open the gifts of Mom & Dad transcending from Grandma & Granddad.
The dogs sigh and howl in the background; candle-wax lights leaves a reminisce of fragrance of the silent night before…earlier twilight dawn, we as a nation enter another season- Winter months which cycles in hot chocolate, sleigh rides, beautiful lights, red & green lights shine on Earth as stars on trees in unison of the leaves which fall then are given back in rebirth during the Spring months, during the return of Seasons. During the Springtime there is a refreshing garden smell of Mother Nature; during the resurrection of the body, corpse souls of humans… during our last days of age the dawning of the dead. Revelation.
