Essay III TECHNOLOGY AS EVOLUTION One boy exclaimed to another, “I know that song. It’s ‘War Pigs’ the group Cake sings that song.” “Are you kidding?” responded his friend, “It’s that the group with Ozzy Osborn.” “You wanna bet?” “Bet what?” “A Royal Corral.” “You’re on!” the first boy pressed a few buttons with his fingers on his I-phone and walla, the answered appeared within seconds. Now both teen-age boys has the facts to who sings this particular song which they were listening to on the radio. One boy is right and the other is wrong. One boy wins a bet while the other needed to realize who had the upper hand. Rather it is in music trivia or deep scientific data, like that which correlates geology, the weather, historical facts, current event, grammar or vocabulary definition, zip code detail, marketing trends, foreign culture, news, political survey- the sky is unlimited. The mainstream is common and considered free knowledge expelled as raindrops from Heaven. The internet and cyber media has transformed our language. The level and speed information travels across over nations is compared to the speed of light. In relation to our ancestors 2000 years ago this is phenomenal. Access to information as well as God’s word, the Bible; the Scriptures are wide open for everyone to read. In earlier years people need to travel miles to reach a high priest to inquire God’s word for guidance and prophecy information. What does this mean? How does this affect or faith? What does it mean for the Centurion man (in Mathew 8:5-13) to walk home and believe what Jesus just told him. A better illustration to this concept is to consider the pigeon as the military messenger. In the earlier eras during battle-times minute men use to tie a message around the foot of a pigeon and set him free to fly to the recipient who received the message which was sent. Consider the enemy, how the watchman and guards would wait outside the walls of the territory just to shoot the pigeon down. The message did not transfer through. Knowledge grows through communication. Does the faith we receive through hearing grows in reflection to this communication? Could we repeat the good news of the Christ as a celebrity image in the face of cyber media in the 21st century? If faith grew at a certain rate for the twelve Apostles, how does that affect our faith today? Consider the rate information travels does this reasoning contribute to the Word of God in the book of Revelation within our generation today? The answer to these questions and provoking thought is yes.

CASE I The judge adjusts her glasses. She sees the defended and she sees the complainant; and thinks the same thing about the law to herself. ‘Why do they need to pay somebody for this?” She asked herself this question, but she doesn’t deny her paycheck. She has learned to trust the system and follow her lifestyle within the legal conductive manner; moreover, she trusts the process. However, she sees the complainant, a mother and she looks at the defended, the mother’s son; and this case has to do with money. Again she needs to assess background and character to understand the nature of why a mother would find herself in the right to bring her son to court and sue him for no other reason than money. This is a modern day scenario, but the judge does consider herself a Christian. Jesus we know now was not guilty of any crime. Nevertheless, the fear of knowing the same thing in Jesus’ days while a trustworthy legal system would bring the gravel down towards him giving a judgment for the accusation on Jesus’ life; crucifixion on the cross is terrifying. Knowing that Jesus was innocent, why in this modern day scenario, would a mother’s love for her child feel undignified by the relationship of money? The judge asked the opening question after reviewing the case she decides to start with the defended. She wants to access rather or not she may label him with a good character or not. “Tell me about your relationship with your mother.” Now we all know that Jesus was silent. He spoke a few words within his trail, but towards false accusation he said nothing. Now if this defended, the son, thought to himself that he was innocent perhaps he would desire to do the same thing which is remain silent. Even if he knew that he rightly owed his mother some money but did not feel that it was righteous for her to bring him to court, he would appeal towards the same view-no argument; silence. We know that Jesus was above reproach because he held his tongue in silence against false witnesses, neither accusing the guilt nor defending the truth. He allowed the law to display itself. Where the law lies between righteous and truth there is a judge. When a mother who may very much love her son find herself between right and wrong towards him there is a judge. Perhaps, she has been through hard times. Perhaps she is simply financially broke and desperately needs money. Perhaps she is trying to teach her son a hard lesson on life, regardless, there is a judge. When our days come between life and truth of death may we pray for the eyes of honest witnesses to hear the goodness of our solid faith? For when all is said the silence of the judge won’t change the circumstances of the gravel coming down on our souls separating those who are knowingly seeing our guilt upon the ones who are claiming to be innocent. After all who claims to be innocent? Sat, 25 May 2013
DAY 4 We recalled the evidence and testimony of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. There are historical documents verifying his existence and the relationship of this man. There are historical documents of other travelers, voyagers, warriors and famous leaders such as Christopher Columbus, President George Washington, Apostle Paul, Socrates, Shakespeare, and Beethoven. There is real evidence of their lives here on Earth. However, in today’s present era, history is being recorded differently. If we look at the voyage of Armstrong to the moon, or the civil right speeches of Martin Luther King, we have photos, recorded tapes, videos of their conquest and work here on Earth. Today we are recording history differently with the technology of the Internet, cell phone’s text messages (which are legal documents), photography, televised media; we have moving pictures capturing the days we have here on Earth. Today everything is measured differently. We have a new philosophy of science. Today we have reached a new frontier. Today our past embrace our present. Today is also being reflected as The Last Days of Age. For the most part, theologies and philosophers are considering today the end times as recorded in the Book of Revelation in the Bible. Today answers predecessors of yesterday, moreover, the way it is being recorded will be remembered like no other era in human’s time. Mon, 01 Apr 2013
OUR SALVATION, THE PROSECUTOR; OUR DEFENSE THE CROSS There is a central point when one tries to understand the life, trail and death of our Savior Jesus Christ. First there is a perspective of the situation looking at it from Jesus’ point of view. We will spend the rest of eternity wrapping our minds around this concept. Then there is a perspective of the heart and mentality of the religious leaders during those days; the Jews & the Pharisees. Did the Pharisees knowing their sins purposely crucified our Savior Jesus Christ or where they blinded by their pride? Either way we are left with the same results, nevertheless, this is an important argument to ponder and a subject which I desire to take some time to think about. I plan to write a series of articles and lessons on this topic. I will look at the crucifixion of our savior from the perspective that the Pharisees knowingly put Jesus to death on the cross. I will also take into consideration and look at this point in history as if the religious leaders were completely blind and were not aware of their level of wrong within their act of the crucifixion. This is the point which Jesus stated while he was lying on the cross about ready to die. (Father, forgive them for they do not know what they do). Nevertheless, Caiaphas realized the value of one man’s dying for the cause of many others. Looking at the perspective of all these points truly reveals where the guilt of our sins lies on our hearts today. Moreover, we are better equipped to examine our own hearts if we consider what God’s word says about us at the level of the cross. These essays/articles will be able to help us get in touch with the moral of right and wrong is within ourselves. Somewhat as the convictions of watching the movie “The Passion of Christ” for the seventh time; we will get in touch with our hearts at a profound level. I hope to examine and express the gospel on a level whereby philosophically and spiritually statements of truths are not lost in the writing. Thu, 21 Mar 2013
SEASON OF RESSURECTION; SPRINGTIME ESTABLISHMENT What is the resurrection for? “At this they covered their ears and, yelling at the top of their voices, they all rushed at him, dragged him out of the city and began to stone him. Meanwhile, the witnesses laid their coats at the feet of a young man named Saul. While they were stoning him, Stephen prayed,’ Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.’ Then he fell on his knees and cried out, ‘Lord, do not hold this sin against them.’ When he said that, he fell asleep. Acts 7: 57-60 NIV And this happened after the crucifixion, resurrection and ascension. Today is over 2000 years later; what will it finally take? How can we as a species or a race deny the central purpose of Jesus Christ’s life here on this Earth? “When the people heard this, they were cut to the heart and said to Peter and the other apostles, ‘Brothers, what shall we do?’ Peter replied, ‘Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Chris for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. Acts 2: 37,38 NIV Should this not be the natural response to any human being? Where does the cross touch us? Are we able to justify the act of religious leaders during the era of Jesus Christ life here on this Earth? Keep searching through the words of these articles. There will be depth study of why religious leader felt justified or guiltless towards the act of rebelliousness to the Son of the Living God. Sat, 16 Feb 2013
DAY 3 Who will make it to Heaven how many souls remain condemn? This is determined by whom the Savior Jesus Christ awakes from their sleep after they die. We see all who are here and realize that Jesus will awake all who have already died at one-time (the Rapture) even while human remains here on Earth or he will awake the dead in a series of time (Judgment Day; not to be considered different from the Rapture) awakening those who are dead at first and gathering those who are still alive on Earth today, and then continuing to take those who remain on Earth after such a day when they finally die. As long as there are humans here alive on earth, we will see several endings of ages, generations, eras, Armageddon such days will happen to end the convenient of The New Testament. Unless there is such a day when all human species dies and there are no humans left here on Earth; we will see the meaning of humans being judged and saved into the rapture of the wind or still be condemned without knowledge or unawareness of their salvation made through our King and Savior Jesus Christ. This is to be true based on the testimony of Jesus Christ being the reason for salvation and raised from the dead over 2000 years ago. There are three great mysteries about the prophecy of Revelation in the 21st century: 1) All humans will have knowledge and awareness of our God in Heaven. (The wolf will live with the lamb, the leopard will lie down with the goat, the calf and the lion and the yearling together; and the little child will lead them. The cow will feed with the bear, their young will lie down together, and the lion will eat a straw like the ox. The infant will play near the hole of the cobra, and the young child put his hand into the viper’s nest. They will neither harm nor destroy on the holy mountain, for the earth will be full of the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea.) Isaiah 11: 6-9 NIV 2) This nation, The United States of America, is the gathering of the twelve tribes of Israel from the four corners of the world. (Reflection of Scriptures of Revelation 5: 9, 10/ 14: 6, 7/ 22:1-5) 3) Not all are saved, nor all will be saved. Mon, 21 Jan 2013 SESSION 4 There is a balance with our love for money and our priority of spirituality. Money has a way of always giving us the easy way out. This cannot be our mentality if we are to win the crown of eternal life. If we consider Heaven our goal we must put on the mindset of eternity. This is the basic pathway for all of Jesus disciples, and the course we must take to be saved. When you wrap your mind around eternity it gives a whole new perspective of reality today. This life is a marathon. It takes a constant course at a simple pace. The morality of consistent discipline and daily habits must be obtained to overcome the total obstacles within the entire race. Many individuals get frustrated and upset because they feel as if they can’t finish the race. They are excited and eager to set a course, however they become “burned out” and dismay. They don’t realize that they are running as if they are racing a sprint. “Now a man came up to Jesus and asked, “Teacher, what good thing I must do to get eternal life?” “Why do you ask me about what is good?” Jesus replied. “There is only One who is good. If you want to enter life, obey the commandments.” “Which ones?” the man inquired. Jesus replied, “Do not murder, do not commit adultery, do not steal, do not give false testimony, honor your father and mother, and love your neighbor as yourself.” “All these I have kept.” The young man said. “What do I still lack?” Jesus answered, “If you want to be perfect go, sell your possessions and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come. Follow me.” When the young man heard this, he went away sad, because he had great wealth. (Mathew 19:16-22 NIV) This man desired to be right with God but became extremely sad. This is a primary example of the mistake in his philosophy of becoming righteous. Why should he have to give up his earthly treasures? It is good that he was sad, but I suppose that he may even become angry and upset at both Jesus and God for telling him such a heavy portion of truth. There is a reason why Jesus said it is harder for a rich man to go to Heaven than for a camel to go through an eye of a needle. It was as if the man felt that he could buy a stairway to heaven. How unfair it seems to him that he should have to pay such a high price for a pathway of salvation. Tue, 01 Jan 2013THE FRUIT GARDEN; I SING OF JOY
As dance is to music; happiness is to joy. You may be traveling through trouble & sorrow while still carrying the characteristic of joy. Your eyes cry in sadness and your eyes tears in joy. The eyes are the window to the soul. They bring light into the body. The colors of reality are reflected through the concepts of joy. As an eternal fire; as a passion of life, this is the fruit of joy. You may celebrate with emotions in movement which gives a dancing behavior that gives attention towards feeling of endearment. Nothing is lost with change of theme or music style while you sing a song without activity of dancing to the music. Likewise to the music playing, this does not stop an eternal fire of the Holy Spirit expressing the fruit of joy when the song is no longer playing. The spirit of joy is everlasting in the eternal flames of life; through the wedding as well as the funeral, through birth as well as discipline. It brings strength in the times of enduring pain. It also gives hope when darkness covers the hours, somewhat as a distance lighthouse on a starless night on an empty harbor. The fashion of joy glows, forever gives as candlelight to the dark room in an environment of spiritual philanthropy. |
