It moves in one direction. Rather you grasp it as birth or creation, either it’s evolution or some Big Bang theory; time continues to move forward in one direction. Rather you acknowledge it as B.C. (before Christ) or, respect the meaning of A.D. (after death) you cannot escape the gulf, nor volume of time. It begins from an origin then travels on a graphical ray into eternity. For this reason alone there follows a logic that there is a creator. This creator being God.

The Grass is Getting Greener- It is still growing; no matter what’s going on in our lives, or in the world around us, the grass will continue to grow, little by little. You may not notice it between hours, but it still grows. Likewise, Christ is still producing disciples; 12 original Tribes of Israel, 12 Gates to Heaven, 12 Apostles. A Theme Poem: Traffic; Trains, Planes, Children marching- society amoung us speaks as we’re still a part of a bigger picture. His Words are eternal, yet still the same. Our form of communication may changee, but His Words are still the same. Days between conversations, seconds between thoughts & spoken language- Internet, Phone, Television & Radio, first there was S.O.S., and here we are today, still called to honor the Sabbath. WHO IS SHEPHERD? WHY IN AMERICA? Where are the lost tribes of Israel? They are here in America. In the United States, we have all tongues, all races, all ethics, all nationality and every type of creed. Why do we feel that God would allow history to form in such a way? “The wolf will live with the lamb, the leopard will lie down with the goat, the calf and the lion and the yearling together; and a little child will lead them. The cow will feed with the bear, their young will lie down together and the lion will eat straw like the ox. The infant will play near the hole of the cobra, and the young child put his hand into the viper’s nest. They will neither harm nor destroy on all my holy mountain for the earth will be full of the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea. In that day the Root of Jesse will stand as a banner for the people; nations will rally to him and his place of rest will be glorious. In that day the Lord will reach out his hand a second time to reclaim the remnant that is left of his people from Assyria, from Lower Egypt, from Upper Egypt, from Cush, from Elam, from Babylonia, from Hamath and from the islands of sea.” Isaiah 11:6-11 Has God ever revealed a promise and been unfaithful to fulfill it? Has God address the issue of all nations being gathered to one land to seek Him and know His name? Was not this a promise of God? God is faithful. All His being is here to establish a glory which will never fade, and never pass away. “He will raise a banner for the nations and gather the exiles of Israel; he will assemble the scattered people of Judah from the four quarters of the earth.” Isaiah 11:12 What does this mean to you? What does this mean to us as a people? Who are we when we look into the history of our ancestors? What does Jesus think when he looks down upon this nation? America, the U. S. A., do you feel that Jesus is please with us? Are we the riches nation of the world, yet poorest nation within our spirit? Did our ancestors fight and die for a noble cause? We are still able to make this a win-win conclusion within our history. Let us not be asleep within the journey of fate. Let our eyes open to see the victory which Jesus has over our salvation. Let us embrace the present miracle of our age. “Go and proclaim in the hearing of Jerusalem: ‘I remember the devotion of your youth, how as a bride you loved me and followed me through the desert, through a land not sown. Israel was holy to the Lord, the firstfruits of his harvest; all who devoured her were held guilty, and disaster overtook them’, declares the Lord. Hear the word of the Lord, O house of Jacob, all you clans of the house of Israel. This is what the Lord says: ‘What fault did your fathers find in me, that they strayed so far from me? They followed worthless idols and became worthless themselves. They did not ask, ‘Where is the Lord, who brought us up out of Egypt and led us through the barren wilderness, through a land of desert and rifts, a land of drought and darkness, a land where no one travels and no one lives?’ I brought you into a fertile land to eat its fruits and rich produce. But you came and defiled my land and made my inheritance detestable.” Jeremiah 2:3-6 Thu, 08 Mar 2012
Fruit Garden: Love- Eternal Water of Life As it is expressed, a picture is worth a thousand words; then the reality of love is as a video of a film being displayed. One must listen to the lyrics to appreciate the song, while the meaning of love engulfs the entire mood, feeling and idea expressed through the music. It is the type of instrument being played as well as the silence and pauses between each note. You cannot comprehend the meaning of love simply by giving it a definition. It is as water slipping through your hands, or grasping the wind whereby it moves in any direction, north and then east. Love is a fruit of the Holy Spirit which needed to be dramatically demonstrated for the human heart to embrace the meaning. A dying Son of God on a cross, while he is forgiving the world for the very act; this is God’s way of displaying love. It is important to realize that love cannot be grammatically understood. It expands pass logic and gives infinite perceptive beyond a mathematical language. Love is simply expressed and demonstrated through acts of human character and behavior. It is a discussion towards a mate; established through promise in wedding vows, then becomes the decision of commitment and sacrifices given as the courtship turns into marriage. This relationship then transpires into families. Love is without boundaries, yet, it can be bound and delineate through an existence of a living God. God is love and without Him there is no love. The best basic illustration of unconditional love within A safe, caring environment for growth and repentance is shown through the example of 12Steps programs & 12Steps meetings. AA, NA, OA, SA and other 12Steps Anonymous Meeting are pure examples of brotherly & sister-to-sister love. Here no one is turned down, no matter how ugly their sin may appear. There never given limits of grace, and members always are welcomed with open arms towards repentance. The fellowship in addition to following a personal program reveals a clear model of forgiveness plus spiritual principles which allows one nature to grow; thus allows love to continue to grow. It is because of pureness found in the program through Tradition Three, “The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop using.” & Tradition Five, “Each group has but one primary purpose- to carry the message to the addict who still suffers.” That love is able to survive and then grow. Love nurtures, protects and establish humility. It is reflected anytime these principles are revealed. It never fails, never dies, nor displays prideful character. It is an eternal emotion. <strong>(Reflection I Corinthians 13: 4-10) Thu, 09 Feb 2012
Most process for growth has a beginning; a starting point which, step by step follows a procedure somewhat in an orderly fashion. However, when you write a business plan you start from a retospective or reverse pattern. You begin the plan from the end, the goal, as an end-game philosophy. Suppose God had this mindset when He spoke the words in the Book of Revelations. Suppose God made a business plan with His creation as the market product? Suppose God made an arragement with Satan to purchase His children with the price of His Son’s blood? Suppose God bargined a deal with humans to pay the price for their sins before they were overcharged in a debt growing on a pathway towards spiritual bankruptcy? Suppose our God is a wise business Creator? This would make a high-calling for the market of humankind’s salvation. We cannot earn our justification for our salvation; the price is too high. The gracious Lord paid for it with the blood of His son. We cannot be righteous enough to be saved, nor so good that we are right.
We are wrong and in a sinful nature which is destine for self-destruction. What a paradox the Apostle Paul saw when he knew that he was a wretched man. The salvation we found by grace through Jesus Christ we must accept and that state of acceptance starts as a decision. The seed of that decision gives fruits to repent which yields crops towards baptism and a relationship with the Holy Spirit. Through this merit we are found saved and established into the light as Sons (& Daughters) of God. THE FRUIT GARDEN: PERSERVERANCE: THE ROOT OF SALVATION
No one does a swan dive into falling in love with Jesus. They most likely fall awkwardly, clumsy, withheld, as stumbling over branches on the ground, and falling against their own effort. Without much grace; they fall down. They are usually within a frantic state of mind, likewise, to a victim, such as a woman, screaming hysterically as if she was being attacked. However, the reality of their state of being is quite antagonistic. It is actually ironic that they’re being saved from condemnation of hell. This factuality does not ease the beauty, love and joy of becoming a Christian. The nature is complex. The abrasiveness of the act reflects a human original sinful behavior; their natural state of humanity which is a desire to love their own sin. Learning how to untamed sinful habits, this is what appears awkward. The sin seems to be comfortable. The meaning behind this concept brings a solid and strong foundation to the building of one’s salvation; the root of why one fears God and wants to begin to carry their cross develops from this resistance. We are all called to work out our salvation with fear and tremble. (Reflection Philippians 2:12). It is the gospel and the testimony of Jesus Christ which establish our salvation whereby one receives a firm rock to stand on. “Now, brothers, I want to remind you of the gospel I (Apostle Paul) preached to you, which you received and on which you have taken your stand. By this gospel you are saved, if you hold firmly to the word I preached to you. Otherwise, you have believed in vain.” Corinthians 15: 1, 2 NIV It is base on this truth in life that one may become a Christian and become a fighter within their thoughts, emotions, environment, physical nature and worldly realms. They fight through perseverance with their entire soul and their lives straight into eternal light (eternity). This daily and lifetime battle reflects a battle and journey which the United States’ military only dream about. Through this transformation within one’s life, within our lives; we become as Sons of God, and daughters of Zion, to be brought higher into heavenly plains. We are exalted by The Holy Spirit, not of our own effort, which gives us the zeal to interact in this life here on Earth. This zeal is our fire. Through continuous perseverance we are saved and the light of salvation through The Holy Spirit burns within us. This is the art of God’s Hands within a Christian soul. BREATHE AGAIN Sat, 03 Dec 2011
I have a choice to take a deep breath. I may not need to, nor want to, but today I may choose to. There was a time during my active addiction days when I not had the control to be able to breathe deeply. I can walk outside into the sunlight; the walls of imprison do not contain me. While I had out-of-control behavior, I could not choose to option of embracing the sunlight. Society and my environment trapped me to contain and monitor my actions. Now, I have the ability to bring into my character balance. It is good to breathe deeply to contain a sinful nature of “fits of rage”. It is good to be able to relax and “chill-out” through an exercise of deep breathing. When one loses the option of utilizing the proper tools, it becomes hard to be resourceful in ways to contain and manage out of range behavior. Today, I live in an environment of healthy soil. Today I may learn to breathe again. Today, I follow a congregation of “right-mind” believers. Now, I have strong relationships to correct my path. Today, I am loved and am able to feel loved. I may have been loved before, but in those days I could not feel loved. In the past, I was unable to recognize the healthy love. Today, I am able to breathe again. As a plant bloom open into the rays of sunlight, today I blossom into a good reality. This is a blessing. Let’s give Thanks for this is a day which the Lord has made. (REFLECTION PSALMS 118:24 ) |
