The Fruit Garden; Peace; Transcending Consciousness

THE FRUIT
GARDEN:
THE FRUIT OF PEACE; TRANSCENDING CONSCIOUSNESS

In order to maintain salvation the spiritual fruit of peace is a key
function to one’s character. One must be able to carry a sense of peace within
oneself. How should one feel about living for eternity within a celestial,
spiritual body, if one cannot find harmony within this lifetime and peace
inside? One need to know how to love themselves, finding peace within is part of
this concept. It is for this reason that King Solomon made a keen observation in
life about the harmony of man living as husband and
wife.
“Better to love on a corner of the roof than share a house with a
quarrelsome wife." Proverbs 21:19 NIV

I soon realized after a few short years of marriage that it took great
sacrifice and simple discipline of one’s behavior to keep a happy and valued
atmosphere within my home. I may be angry at times; sometimes my wife may make
me annoyed, my son may disturb me. This is normal. In itself, it’s ok.
Nevertheless, how I respond to these emotions that where the cross touches my
heart. I may feel disembody within the fellowship a moment or a while, however,
what I do to find unity again with the Holy Spirit this is crucial, This is the
main focus of what it takes for me to be a successful
man.
“And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard
your heart and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
Philippians 4:7 NIV
It’s  not a matter of me figuring out why I may be angry, or feel that I have the
right to be upset. In fact within God’s Words, the Scriptures, it is very clear
that I will not totally understand (transcending all understanding). My ability
to accept God’s Words at the level of what it says as well as His grace and to
believe what He says is true. This is what I’m required to do and act upon as a
Christian. As a member of the believing body it is important that I love and
believe the truth. This is what is morally right.
